KingMinos Acceptable Use Policy
Version: 1.0 · Last updated: 22 October 2026 Contact: support@outboundsync.com
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the KingMinos Service Terms. It applies to every use of KingMinos, including through the API, the MCP server, the CLI, skills, and Agents.
Limits
We apply a daily provider-credit cap and rate limits so one workspace cannot exhaust vendors for everyone else.
Today the daily cap is 10,000 provider credits per workspace. Rate limits vary by endpoint. We may change both. We may update this policy as section 22 of the Service Terms describes (email notice; continued use is acceptance). Hitting a limit returns an error; it is not a refund event.
Credits held for a call and not used go back to your balance, as the Service Terms say.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service, or any Result, to:
- Scrape or bulk-extract the Service, or harvest Results beyond ordinary API, MCP, CLI, or app use.
- Resell access to KingMinos, or resell, redistribute, or publish Results, including as a standalone dataset.
- Build a competing database or a substitute product.
- Use Results for consumer purposes (non-business contact, household, or personal use).
- Make eligibility decisions about credit, employment, insurance, housing, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws. OutboundSync is not a consumer reporting agency.
- Target sensitive categories. Do not use the Service to look up or infer health or medical data, biometrics, precise location, children, or financial accounts. Do not submit those categories as inputs.
- Locate private individuals at home. Do not use the Service to find a home address or to contact someone as a private person at home.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or dox anyone.
- Run unlawful telemarketing or spam. Follow do-not-call, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and the equivalent laws that apply to you. Honor do-not-call flags and your own suppression lists. Most Results carry no do-not-call flag; a number without one has not been checked, and a flag does not make a number lawful to call.
- Serve sanctioned parties or operate from a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. Do not use the Service to transfer bulk US sensitive personal data to a country of concern (Service Terms section 16).
You also may not reverse engineer the Service; bypass authentication; circumvent rate limits, credit metering, spend limits, or free-credit eligibility rules (including by creating multiple workspaces or accounts); share keys outside your organization or embed them in client-side code; or interfere with other customers’ use.
What we may do
If you break this policy we may throttle, suspend, terminate, or suppress data, including when a vendor demands it, without a refund (Service Terms section 17). We may also reverse credits tied to the abuse.
