KingMinos data notice
Version: 1.0 · Last updated: 22 October 2026 Contact: privacy@outboundsync.com
This page is for people whose professional contact details appear in a KingMinos result.
If you have a KingMinos account, see the Privacy Policy as well.
Who we are, and what we are not
OutboundSync, Inc. operates KingMinos, a B2B enrichment router. A business customer sends us an incomplete record (a name, a domain, a LinkedIn URL, an email). We look it up in real time with third-party data providers and the open web, and return a filled-in result to that customer.
KingMinos is not a data provider and keeps no database of people. We do not collect profiles in advance, and we do not sell lists. We process each lookup for the customer that asked for it.
That means two other parties decide what happens to your data:
- The customer that looked you up. It chose to look you up and holds the result.
- The data providers. They hold the underlying data. The providers we use on our own accounts are listed at trust.outboundsync.com. A customer can also connect its own provider account (BYOK); that provider is the customer’s, not ours.

What a result can contain
- name, job title, employer
- work email
- personal email addresses (when a provider returns one)
- mobile and direct-dial numbers, with a do-not-call flag where a provider supplies one
- LinkedIn URL
- inferred languages
- whether you still work at a company
A result never includes home address, date of birth, gender, or salary.
Who receives it
Only the customer that asked, and the members of its workspace. Each workspace has its own cache. We do not hand one customer’s result about you to another customer.
Providers and hosting services that run the lookup receive the inputs needed for it.
How long we hold it
- Results cached for the customer that asked: up to 30 days, depending on the endpoint, and only inside that customer’s workspace.
- Raw provider responses: 30 days, then deleted.
- Results from a customer’s own provider account (BYOK): not cached.
- Company logos: kept in a public store as public company branding. A logo is not a record about you.
Your requests
Email privacy@outboundsync.com. Include the email address or LinkedIn URL you want us to act on, and say whether you want access, deletion, objection, or opt-out. If you send only a phone number, we will ask for the email address or LinkedIn URL tied to it, because we cannot find or suppress a record by phone number alone.
There is no web form. A reply from the same email address is how we confirm it is you.
We reply within 2 business days. We finish within 45 days, or within one month if you are in the EU or UK.
What we do:
- Delete what we still hold about you (cached results, request records, raw provider responses) in every customer workspace.
- Add your email address or LinkedIn URL to our suppression list, so KingMinos declines later lookups of you for every customer.
- Pass your request to each customer whose workspace held a result about you. That customer must handle it and delete or suppress its own copy within 30 days.
- Point you to the data providers, so you can ask them to delete your data at the source.
For access, we tell you what we still hold (results from the last 30 days, at most) and which kind of source it came from.
You can also use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC on kingminos.com for advertising cookies.
EU and UK
If EU or UK data-protection law applies, the customer that looked you up is the controller and relies on its own legal basis; we act as its processor. You may object to that customer’s use, and ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability. You may complain to your supervisory authority. We have no EU or UK representative yet.
